What you need to know

PayPal provides a company phone for certain job positions. The company will directly receive and pay for the invoice. For employees without a company phone, you may be reimbursed for the cost for business use as long as you provide the itemised bill and charges to PayPal.

How it works

You may request a company mobile phone (hardware) by submitting a ticket through MyIT. Once the hardware is approved and received, PayPal will secure a contract with Vodafone and pay the bills. There is no personal charge to you.

If you are eligible for a company phone, we advise getting one on a PayPal contract, as it offers a better price and coverage than a personal contract. Personal contracts and reimbursements of business usage would need to be approved by managers.
