What you need to know
Juggling work, family, and other personal responsibilities can leave you feeling stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed. We all need help from time to time. That’s why PayPal offers all employees access to crisis care resources whenever you need them.
If you’re experiencing an emergency, call 995 (ambulance)/995 (fire)/999(police) or go to your nearest emergency room.
Confidential counseling with the Employee Assistance Programme
Many employees are experiencing fear and anxiety around this public health crisis, and that’s understandable. If you ever want to talk to someone about your concerns, contact the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) though Optum. In addition to counseling services, the EAP offers self-help programs, interactive tools, and other resources to help with life’s challenges.
You and your family members can receive up to 10 confidential counseling sessions (virtually, by phone, or in-person) per issue per year — for free.
Sign up online (access code: PayPal). Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can also contact the Institute of Mental Health’s Mental Health Helpline (6389-2222) for any mental health crisis.
