Group Personal Accident insurance is a 24-hour worldwide insurance cover that pays a benefit to you or your designated beneficiaries upon your death, total and permanent disablement, or partial and permanent disablement due to an accident.
Basic coverage
PayPal provides you with group personal accident insurance of up to 36 times your monthly base salary, up to SGD 2,500,000. In the event of total and permanent disablement, the plan pays a benefit based on the Schedule of Benefits in the policy document.
This insurance is 100% company-paid, so you’re covered no matter where you go, 24/7. Enrolment is automatic. Coverage is for you only and does not extend to your dependants.
An accident is a sudden, unforeseen, and unexpected event that causes your death, disablement, or injury within 365 days from the date of the accident.
